Casa Di Fiore is a craft producer that blends Italian heritage with modern cultivation techniques. Founded by Carlo and Dawn DeMarni, who have over 20 years of experience growing in British Columbia's Shuswap Lake region, Casa Di Fiore emphasises meticulous attention to detail and artisanal methods.
Casa Di Fiore operates with a small team of four cultivators, allowing for hands-on care of each plant. They utilise state-of-the-art LED lighting systems to create optimal growing conditions and maintain in-house mother plants. Their genetics are sourced from skilled legacy pheno hunters, ensuring unique and high-quality cultivars. Post-harvest, plants are hung in the dark for 14 days and hand-trimmed by a local crew with over 100 years of collective experience. The product is then cold-cured in a specially designed room at 6°C before packaging. Through their dedication to blending tradition with modern expertise, Casa Di Fiore offers a unique craft experience that celebrates their family's passion for the art of growing.
At the heart of Casa Di Fiore are a dedicated duo with over 20 years of experience cultivating product in the Shuswap region. Embracing change and constantly seeking improvement, they have successfully transitioned from the legacy market to the legal landscape, maintaining their unwavering commitment to quality.
