Simon Malone

Simon Malone has 15 years of cultivation experience. His curiosity for genetics, complex flavours and aromas drives his dedication to sourcing standout cultivars. As Menu Curator he crafts thoughtful selections and builds customer relationships, communicating the care and craft behind Koots Canna’s small-batch offerings.

Aaron Malone

“Hank” Malone is Koots Canna’s Master Grower with 14 years of hands-on experience. Dependable and deeply connected to the plants, Aaron is an indispensable member of the Koots family and the driving force behind the quality and consistency Koots Canna is known for.

Lee Smith

Lee brings relentless attention to detail and a practical, can-do approach to every stage of cultivation. He combines a respect for classic, old-school genetics with enthusiasm for cutting-edge varieties, and is central to selecting and refining new cultivars that meet Koots Canna’s quality standards.

Wynn Madison

With decades of industry experience, Wynn manages trimming, processing, and final packaging while overseeing quality control protocols. Consistently thorough and attentive, Wynn ensures every bud leaving the facility meets Koots Canna’s standards for appearance, aroma, and consistency.
